On 17th September at about 12:10, I received a recorded call saying it was from the visa department about a payment of £999 for online shopping. They told me to press 1 if I wanted to cancel it. This was like the second or third call from them this week, but I ignored the earlier ones. They never said anything about my actual bank, just kept insisting it was from the visa department.
