I booked a visit with a double glazing firm, expecting a normal chat, but quickly realised it was a pushy sales pitch. They called me a couple of times to lock in the timing, then rocked up ahead of schedule. To top it off, I got a text from their manager saying the appointment was at a different time than what I’d agreed. I politely said I wasn’t interested and told them to leave me alone.

Avoid that double glazing firm! They keep ringing you non stop if you try to raise an issue with them. Proper annoying.
