I had a rather frustrating experience with a double glazing firm that insisted on setting up home visits, employing some rather pushy sales tactics. After booking an appointment, they felt the need to ring me not once but twice just to verify the time. To top it all off, they arrived ahead of schedule, and I received a text from their manager suggesting a completely different time than what we'd initially agreed upon. I had to firmly tell them that I wasn't interested and asked them to leave. Quite the unpleasant encounter, to say the least!
