I didn’t pick up the call, but heard the voicemail. They were saying something about my National Insurance number being hacked and some dodgy stuff going on near the north Wales border. They wanted me to press 1 to speak to some “Investigating Officer” or else face legal trouble over my NI number. Obviously, I ignored it and have no plans to ring back. Total scam, and it came from a mobile number too! Like, really???
