I received a text from the number mentioned above, claiming that I could be eligible for £3,750 in compensation for an accident I supposedly had. It asked me to reply with 'YES' to initiate the claim, and if I wanted to opt out, I should text 'STOP'. I found it all rather suspicious, especially since I haven’t been involved in any accident. It makes me wonder how they got hold of my number in the first place!

Received a text from that number claiming I could be due £3,750 in compensation for an alleged accident. It’s quite odd since I don't even recall having an accident! They asked me to respond with YES to claim and to text STOP if I wanted out. Feels a bit fishy, doesn’t it? I’m really curious how they got hold of my number. Sounds like classic spam to me.
