Got a call from 07798 851 479 earlier and the bloke on the line asked if I was the person he was trying to reach, even mentioned my name and part of my address! I’ve told EE about it and they’re handling it now. Pretty sure it’s a scam, so watch out and best thing to do is block and report it.

Got a call from this number just a bit ago, some woman claiming to be from M&S. She actually knew my full name and address, which was a bit unsettling. I couldn’t really make out much of what she was saying because her voice was so faint. When I asked her how she got my details and where from, she abruptly ended the call. I've blocked the number now.

The lady on the line spoke with an Indian accent and addressed me using my full name, saying she was ringing on behalf of Marks and Spencer. There was quite a lot of noise in the background, so it was a bit hard to hear properly. I didn't say anything to confirm my identity. Some bloke with an Indian accent rang me up claiming I had Life Insurance with Aviva and wanted me to confirm it. When I told him I'd rather not say, he started calling me all sorts of names like a proper idiot! Then he kept mouthing off with even worse insults for a couple more minutes. Honestly, it was the most entertaining phone call I've had in ages - just left him hanging and wasted his time, ha! Tried ringing back, but guess what? The number just cuts off. Bit disappointing, I was curious what else he’d come out with!

Today, it rang again and this time a guy with an asian accent greeted me by name and wanted me to verify an address that was definitely out of date. When i told him it wasn’t mine and asked who he was, he just disconnected. Pretty sure it’s one of those scam calls!
