Got a call today with some automated message from my bank’s security team about a £300 Amazon charge and an £1100 transfer abroad. Since I’ve never done anything like that, it told me to press 1 or 2 to talk to someone. Didn’t trust it at all, so I just ended the call straight away!

Got a message from what claimed to be my bank’s security dept, a bloke’s voice saying there were two transactions made out to me earlier - one £99 to Amazon and another one for £999 to some weird account I’ve never heard of. They told me to press 1 if I’m okay with the payments or 2 to get through to fraud to cancel them. I hit 2, but then the call just dropped on me! Proper dodgy if you ask me.
