Somebody phoned me saying they were from BT Open Reach internet team. I found it odd becuase as far as I know, Open Reach only look after the network infrastrucure in the UK and dont have any internet service or call customers about it. I told them their story sounded dodgy and full of mistakes, so it didnt make any sense. They ended the call straight away.
