A man with a very serious tone phoned me, saying I hadn’t paid my income tax and that there was some legal action coming. I quickly cut him off and hung up. It all sounded fishy to me, but now I’m thinking maybe they picked on me because I’m 80 plus. I’d be wary of this call - it felt threatening and could easily scare someone who’s not clear-headed or vulnerable.
