I got a call from an unknown number (07798247561) with a robotic voice telling me the NHS wanted to update my details. It asked me to press 1 for English or 2 for Chinese, then switched to speaking Chinese. I ended the call straight away because I wasn’t sure if it was a scam. Usually, if my doctor or dentist need to get in touch, they either call or text me directly. Real NHS calls usually say it’s from the NHS somewhere in the caller ID or message, so this was suspicious. Also, it's odd they offered Chinese since where I live most people speak Hindi as a second language, not Chinese.
