Problem is, I’ve never heard of ECC nor signed up for anything. Then later another message popped up: "Thanks for your time today. Please spare 90 seconds to watch our corporate video... You can ring us at 0203 7699 164." I haven’t actually spoken to anyone from them nor did I give them any of my time.
