9 yearsOn 15/11/17 I had a call from what showed up on my landline as an international number. I just let it ring through to my answerphone, and the moment the caller must have figured out it wasn’t a real person picking up, they ended the call straight away.9 yearsOn 14th November 2017, about 11:40 in the morning, I got a call from the number 07797 193390. The person on the line claimed to be from a call blocking company, asking questions about who lived in the house and if I'd had any dodgy calls. Then, to supposedly ‘keep the service going’, they wanted my credit card security number. The caller spoke English with an American accent, but it sounded a bit too formal, like someone who’d studied the language. I didn’t trust it and just hung up.9 yearsI picked up the phone and there was a short pause.
