This number rang me earlier today, but it didn't appear on my caller ID, so I had to dial 1471 to see who it was. I got an automated alert about some suspicious transactions on my card - one for £300 and another for £1000, supposedly from Amazon. They never named any bank. The message said to press 1 to block the charges or 2 to chat with their team. I just ended the call. Definitely a phishing scam, but it might fool someone who isn't paying attention.
