I got a call telling me there was a payment requested from my HSBC online account by some bloke called Mr Khan. They said if I hadn’t authorised it, I should get in touch with [#]secure-reverse-payee[###] right away… I don’t even have an HSBC account or do any banking online, so this has to be a scam. Avoid HSBC online banking at all costs!
