My phone showed this number just now. When I picked up, a recorded voice played (maybe some sort of AI) saying something along the lines of “This is the immigration office, there’s an issue with your visa, press 1 for English, 2 for Chinese.” After that, it switched to a language that seemed Chinese, though I’m not sure which dialect. I listened till the end but then the call just ended.
