A lady rang up claiming to be Nicola from some Energy company and wanted to speak to my husband, then asked if I handle the bills. Funny thing is, the same number rang yesterday but with a bloke saying our Broadband wasn’t secure. Yet again, BT's Call Protect didn’t catch the call!! Spent hours chatting to BT to get it sorted. Not sure who’ll be ringing next from that number trying to con me out of cash!!?

Got a call on our home phone the other day that just went past the Call Protect feature without any warning. The person claimed our internet connection wasn’t safe, suggesting that someone could be spying on it. I cut the call short and decided to call BT myself to see what was going on. They had no clue why Call Minder didn't catch the call but assured me the caller definitely wasn’t from BT. Honestly, it was pretty unsettling and quite frustrating that the BT Call Protect didn’t pick this up like it’s supposed to.
