I’ve had a rather dodgy call from some chaps claiming to be from HMRC, insisting I cough up £900 or face court action for supposedly not paying past taxes. It’s all a bit fishy if you ask me!

Got a call from someone claiming to be from HMRC, saying I owed about £900 in back taxes and extra fees, and that they'd send me to court if I didn't pay straight away. As soon as I mentioned I work for the police, they hung up quick. Sounds like a scam from India to me.
