8 yearsI got a call from someone saying they were with the government’s finance department, telling me I’d won a payout of £3750 for a PPI claim. They said they’d send someone round this afternoon to drop off the cheque, but insisted I had to pay them 10% of that amount - £375 - right at the door before handing over the rest.
