Something really strange happened today. I got a call from someone saying their company had taken over the job of cleaning my solar panels. Less than half an hour later, two blokes showed up in a van. When I asked about their insurance, they seemed a bit dodgy, and then I got a call from someone pretending to be the "Head Office" but they hung up straight away when I asked for proof of insurance. Felt like a scam to me but not entirely sure. Has anyone else had anything like this happen?

He rang me a couple of times saying the solar firm I used had shut down. I told him right away we’re on the TPS list to block cold calls but he still kept phoning. Ended up having to block the number.
