this bloke was really pushy and kept asking if he'd got the right person. I asked him about 5 times who he was and where he was calling from but he just wouldn't tell me, said something about data protection. I told him there's no way I’d chat without knowing who’s on the other end, all in the name of data protection, haha. sounded like some sort of debt collector, probably capquest after cash.

I got a call from this number and they actually said my name. I kept asking who they were but they just wouldn't answer and then they ended the call. I tried ringing them back and said I was from CapQuest. Honestly, I found the whole thing really annoying and felt like harassment.

Capquest debt collectors keep ringing me from loads of different mobiles. They just won’t stop hassling, calling all the time on different numbers.

Capquest isn’t owned by any one person - it’s actually part of a bigger company group called Arrow Global Limited. Limited companies are managed by a group of directors, so no individual owner. The CEO of Arrow Global is Lee Rochford. I’ve had calls from them 5 times now, each time with a different address and name, all of which matched their records somehow. They’re insisting I owe money from like 15 years ago! Honestly, don’t ever share your real info or address with them, it’s just not worth the hassle.

Oh yeah, that Capquest lot! They also go by names like Arrow Finance, Pentagon Finance, and sometimes Universal Credit. Total nightmare.

Got a call around 8.50pm this evening from a lady's voice. She left a message but it was pretty unclear and asked me to ring her back on another number. Didn’t mention my name or even say her own. I just deleted the voicemail and won’t be returning the call.
