I got a call from someone who said her name was Jasmine and that she was with BT, telling me my internet was being hacked from outside my home. When I asked her to give me her full name, the call just cut off. Then I got a follow-up automated message repeating the same warning and said my internet would be cut off in 24 hours unless I pressed 1 or 2 for more options. I’ve already reported it as a phishing attempt on the Action Fraud site.
