Seems like one of those scam calls trying to steal your banking info! I got an automated voicemail saying it was PayPal, telling me a few hundred quid had been spent on cryptocurrency using my account. They said if I didn’t do it, I should ring back via their menu to cancel the payment. I just ended the call and logged into my PayPal online for a proper look, and there was nothing wrong - no charges or warnings at all. Definitely dodgy.
