Following up on what I said before - I got in touch with Nationwide and they told me the caller isn’t one of their employees. Apparently, they don’t use mobile numbers to ring customers.

had a call today from some bloke asking if i was me. i asked who it was and he said "nationwide," then outta nowhere he goes, "is your name f***ing heather weir?" thought i misheard so i said excuse me and he just hung up on me! i don’t even have anything with nationwide. gonna have to send them a complaint about that rude attitude.
