I had the exact same experience! They rang me, then abruptly hung up. When I tried to call them back, I was greeted with a message saying, 'All of our representatives are currently occupied, kindly try again later.' What a right nuisance!

When we redialled, a recorded message thanked us for holding and promised that an agent would be with us as soon as they could. We waited for a good five seconds, yet no one ever came on the line. Eventually, our patience wore thin, and we gave up, disconnecting the call in disappointment.
