A chap with a proper Manc accent rings me up and starts with, "I'm calling about your Orange mobile contract." We’re a bit puzzled and reply, “Pardon?” Then he asks, “Do you have an Orange pay-as-you-go mobile?” We’re still scratching our heads thinking, “What on earth is he on about? We’ve never had Orange!” So, we fire back with, “Who’s this then?” and wouldn’t you know it, he just hangs up! Classic!

I received a call from a chap with a proper Manchester accent, claiming he was reaching out regarding "your Orange contract mobile." Naturally, I was a bit puzzled and replied, "What on earth are you on about?" He then mentioned something about whether I had a pay-as-you-go Orange phone at some point. I told him, "I'm not entirely sure what you mean, as I’ve never been with Orange, to begin with." After that, I inquired, "And who exactly are you?" At which point, he abruptly ended the call!
