Basil is by far the most notorious rogue landlord in Manchester. He doesn't actually possess the properties he claims to rent out and will happily pocket your hard-earned money, leaving you without a roof over your head. Just a heads-up to everyone!

Beware of this individual; he's a fraud masquerading as a letting agent. He’s affiliated with a well-organised group that targets vacant properties, changing the locks and then conducting viewings while pretending to be legitimate. Once you've handed over your deposit, you can forget about ever getting in touch with him again. Don't be taken in by his ruse! And by the way, "Basil" isn’t even his genuine name!
