Don’t be fooled by this guy pretending to be a letting agent. He’s actually part of a well-organised group that break into vacant homes and switch the locks. Then they pretend to be agents to show the place. Once you hand over the deposit, he vanishes off the map. Also, Basil isn’t his real name, so watch out for that. Stay safe, folks!
