Got a really unsettling call from 07791488148 not long ago. The voice sounded like a young woman with an American accent, but it was obviously a prerecorded message. She claimed to be from Amazon and said I’d be charged £89 for Amazon Prime, urging me to press 1 to stop the payment. It felt very slick and quite convincing, almost caught me off guard. I quickly ended the call and blocked the number straight away. Honestly, I shudder to think what might’ve happened if I pressed that button. Total scam! More like a bunch of lowlifes, honestly. Blocked, no doubt!
