Got a call from a bloke with an Indian accent who said he was Adam from O2, but I just ended the call straight away. Had something similar ring me up before, trying to sell a cheap phone contract. I found out later that if you give them a code, they actually put an order for a phone on your O2 account without you really knowing. Beware of answering any questions or giving them any info about your phone cases. Total scam!
