Got a call from a number I didn't recognise.

I got a call from this bloke with a pretty thick foreign accent. He already knew my name and wanted me to confirm my address. Problem was, I couldn’t catch what he was saying - his name or the company he claimed to be from just didn’t make sense. When I asked him to repeat himself, I started getting a bit frustrated. Then he had the nerve to say, “Are you deaf or something?” I was like, “Really? You reckon I’m deaf? Maybe I should get that checked out. And do me a favour, don’t ring me again.” Then I just ended the call. Feels dodgy, probably some kind of scam.

Got a call with nothing but silence on the line. Feels like one of those scam calls, probably hoping you'd ring them back.
