I got a call from some bloke claiming he was with the Government's Pension Advisory Board, but he was ringing me from a mobile number at 6:39pm?! Seriously? I told him where to stick it, somewhere high up near a place that recycles glass. Pretty sure it was a scam - I can't imagine it's legal pretending to be a government official like that!

This number keeps ringing me up, claiming to be from Microsoft with some issue on my PC. When I asked the bloke where he's calling from, he suddenly started singing! It's clear they're just trying to keep you on the phone as long as possible, hoping you'll get worn out. Honestly, if I was Microsoft, I'd be tracking these scammers down for sure.

Got a load of calls from this number all day. Sounded like some overseas call centre. The bloke said he was from Windows and told me to sit at my computer ‘cause I had an issue. I asked what kind of issue, he just said “WINDOWS.” I told him my blinds were fine, then he just cut me off. No joke or anything! Seems dodgy for sure, but I guess some poor folks might get scammed by them. I even tried calling it back and blocked the number after.

I picked up the phone and some woman said she was ringing about my windows computer. I told her she’s got the wrong number as I only use Apple gear! She just said sorry and ended the call. Sounds like they’re just trying to scam people for cash.

I got a call from a bloke speaking with an Indian accent claiming to be from Microsoft about my computer. He wanted to know if I owned one and if it was turned on. I told him I didn’t have a computer and wasn’t interested, then I ended the call straight away.

This number's been buzzing me nonstop, like five times in just a couple of days. I missed one ring and tried calling back, but the line was dead. Then when I picked up another call, there was this weird beep, like it was recording or something, maybe trying to charge me. They actually knew my name, which was creepy, but I couldn’t make out the rest of what the guy was saying; sounded like he had a Chinese accent. Then they just hung up on me. Honestly, if Vodafone charges me for a call from a number that’s also with them, I’ll lose it completely!

The last week has seen me getting phone calls from them like twice a day. I just kept letting the calls go, figured it was just another PPI scam. Eventually picked up yesterday, this bloke said he was with MS but then just rambled on mumbling loads. Told him I didn't hear what he said properly and he just made a rude noise before hanging up on me. They've called a couple of times again this morning alone, and it’s only just past noon. Number’s blocked now, those lot are proper annoying.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Microsoft, went along with what they wanted, clicking on links and all that. Then after a good 36 minutes, I suddenly twigged - I don't even have a computer! Said a few choice words in disbelief and they just dropped the call. If you’ve got a bit of time to kill, it’s kinda amusing to mess with them.

I spent quite a while messing about and not cooperating, which really set him off. He started shouting loads of insults, proper rude stuff, and then just slammed the phone down on me outta nowhere. Total scam, watch out!

Super dodgy lot, honestly. They try to get you to download some dodgy software that ends up locking up all your files. After that, your computer’s basically useless, like trying to use a teabag in the rain! And the only way to fix it is by coughing up a ransom, usually over a grand. Trust me, these aren’t Microsoft people at all.
