This is the third time they’ve rung me! I’ve already reported it to Action Fraud. It sounded like a woman with an American accent pretending to be from immigration, saying there’s some urgent paperwork for me. They asked to press 1 for details or 2 to listen in Chinese, then switched to speaking Chinese. Totally feels like a dodgy scam aimed at scaring Chinese immigrants living in the States.
