I got a call from a woman who said she was with the Amazon fraud team, but she was really rude. She claimed my account had been hacked and that an iPhone worth more than £700 was bought without my permission. I asked her to send me some kind of email to prove the call was real. She emailed me a code and insisted I give it to her. Shortly after, I got another email saying someone was trying to change my account password. When I started questioning her, she suddenly got very aggressive and started shouting, so I hung up straight away.
