Somebody rang me saying they were from BT Openworld, said there was a problem with my internet. They called from a mobile, which was suspicious. When I asked them to confirm my name, they got all muddled up - btw, my name’s nowhere near Madam. Didn’t hang around to find out what the scam was about, just ended the call.
