We got a call at the office where the person asked for the MD but was very vague, just saying something about fuel or ethanol. They refused to give any company details or even follow up via email. Since no one suitable was available, the caller quickly became hostile towards our receptionist and abruptly ended the call. This same number later phoned a related company with the exact same message. They also threatened to complain about our receptionist, accusing her of being impolite and lacking basic customer service manners.
