Got a recorded call from a woman saying she was with Royal Mail, telling me they couldn’t deliver a package after trying several times. Then she said if I wanted more details to press 1 for English, or 2 for Mandarin - then her voice switched to a Chinese-sounding language. I’ve dealt with these same calls before and I’m definitely not falling for it. Blocked the number straight away. Seems like yet another phishing scam to me.

Got a ring on my mobile from this number. A recorded lady's voice saying she's from Royal Mail, saying they've tried a bunch of times to deliver a parcel but couldn't. After that it says if you want more info, press 1 for English or 2 for Mandarin, then the voice swapped to some Chinese-sounding language. I’ve dealt with this sort of thing before and I’m not falling for it again. Blocked the number straight away. Seems like a dodgy phishing attempt to me.
