My mother-in-law’s account got completely cleared out by these lot pretending to be from Amazon. They tricked her into giving them control of her phone through some app called AnyDesk. Then they made her sign into everything valuable she had: her online bank, PayPal, even her Gmail. Sounds like these scammers really don’t mind getting up close and personal, sneaky buggers!
