Just saw a missed call from this number and gave it a ring back, but it said the number doesn't exist or something. Pretty sure it was just some spam.

This number’s kept ringing me loads but I never pick up if I don’t recognise it. They never bother leaving a voicemail or nothing, so I just blocked another one that was doing the same. Not sure if it’s anything important though.

I usually don’t pick up calls from numbers I don’t recognise, even if they seem to be from nearby. If it’s important, they’ll leave a voicemail or try another way to get in touch. I just block the number straight away and never ring back - sometimes it’s a trick to get you to pay for returning the call. Lately, I’ve noticed scammers using 0800 numbers calling our landline, which thankfully is ex-directory. So grateful for sites like these and for the option from providers to block these annoying calls on both landlines and mobiles. Just block them and move on.
