Got a call from 07786 397786 claiming to be from bank security. I wasn’t buying it, told them to jog on with their nonsense. They tried to say it was about some Amazon payment I’d never done or something. Total scam, and as soon as I pressed 2 to speak to customer services, they just cut me off. I don’t get it - if they hang up so quick, how do they expect to fool anyone? Strange behaviour if you ask me. Cheers, Alison from Cardiff.
