Absolutely! It seems the collections team from MBNA is employing a mobile number to try and get hold of you. I had a call from a person named Louise claiming to be with MBNA. I suspect they’re using burner phones for this kind of outreach. Seems a bit dodgy if you ask me!

Had a rather timid caller from MBNA who decided to ring me just after 9 in the evening. They didn’t bother to say much and simply left the usual voicemail message. As a result, I’ve conveniently labelled their number in my contacts as "do not answer :)"!

These individuals are bound to try every trick in the book to persuade you into accepting their offers. Our solicitor has firmly recommended that we refrain from answering their calls or engaging in conversation with them. Additionally, we're considering filing a harassment complaint due to their questionable methods.
