I've been inundated with a string of messages lately. I actually ceased my dealings with Talk Talk a few years back. It's hard not to suspect that this is a fallout from their systems being compromised some time ago....those con artists are still at it, fishing for unsuspecting victims!

I've been bombarded with around ten messages each day from this number. When I reached out to Talk Talk directly, using a different line, they claimed it had nothing to do with them. It's as if I've been targeted; my bank account was compromised despite it never even being active. It’s all rather concerning, to say the least!

Received a rather suspicious text, definitely wouldn’t engage with it. Just checked my TalkTalk service, and there's nothing out of sorts; everything’s running smoothly with both the connection and speed hitting near their maximum as expected.

So it turns out this is TalkTalk! You can drop them a message at this number, but don’t expect a reply - they’re far too lofty for that! Quite the strange bunch, honestly. I almost find myself yearning for my time with Virgin Media, even if they did come with a steeper price tag. At least there was a human around to have a decent rant about their shoddy service! I ended up resorting to texting them back, just asking if things were FIXED or NOT FIXED after being left without a phone for ages. Nigeria, is it? That’s hardly shocking!

I think I've stumbled upon a dodgy situation here. It's meant to be the help desk for Talk Talk's phone issues, but they just keep pestering me about whether the line's been sorted, without actually paying attention to my responses. To make matters worse, I’ve started getting the same sort of calls from another number. It's all a bit fishy, if you ask me. Definitely feels like a scam!

Received a notification from Talktalk stating that the technician claims the issue has been sorted. They’ve asked for a response - I should reply with either ‘FIXED’ or ‘NOT FIXED’.

Honestly, this feels like a dodgy trick. Just trying to spare you the extra expense.
