I received a text from this number stating that my phone was associated with a Lloyds Bank application, urging me to check a link to either confirm or reject. It’s definitely a scam.

I got a rather suspicious text claiming that a new payee had been added via the app, along with a dodgy link. Rather than clicking on it, I opted to open the app directly to investigate further, and to my relief, there were no new payees listed. Definitely a scam message!

I’ve just received yet another dodgy text, this time supposedly from Lloyd's Bank about a new payee being added to an app I don’t even possess! Lloyd's isn't even my bank! It's the third such message I’ve had in a matter of hours, which suggests someone has set their sights on my number. The first two texts I received were also fraudulent, purporting to be from Royal Mail and asking for postage fees to release a parcel. They came from mobile numbers, which only adds to the sketchiness. I've reported all of these messages, but it’s becoming a right nuisance!
