I didn’t answer the call cause I was tied up in a meeting, but they did leave a voicemail. It was some robot voice saying that a letter I sent back from my address, and telling me to press 1 if I wanted to talk to someone. Then it went on about them taking legal action against me for tax evasion and mentioning an arrest warrant! Definitely sounds like a scam from the US, just trying to grab your phone number if you actually press 1 to chat with whoever’s on the other end.
