Totally a scam. Got a text from this number saying it was LLOYDS bank, telling me I'd added a new payee in my mobile banking app. It said if it wasn’t me, I should click a link to sort it out. Thing is, I don’t even have their app, and I don’t bank with LLOYDS at all. So yeah, definitely don’t tap any links like that.
