A bloke pretending to be from O2 phoned me, claiming I could get 30% off my bill! While I was still listening, he asked for a code and wanted me to read it out. That’s when I realised he was a proper conman, so I told him where to go and hung up straight away. I blocked the number right after, rang O2 to make sure nothing dodgy was happening with my account, and reported the whole thing to Action Fraud using my phone. Seriously, don’t answer if this number rings you!
