Got a call from this number claiming to be from First Choice Property Group Ltd offering a ‘free’ loft insulation survey. When I asked if their surveyors were RICS accredited, they just cut the call straight away. I then checked them out on the Companies House site and noticed the company has only been around for roughly a year. Strange enough, every single director listed there has been removed. Their website’s contact page is down and the 0808 number they gave doesn’t work either. Honestly, wouldn’t trust them at all!

Someone rang me saying they were from 1st Choice Properties or some estate agents like that. They were going on about coming to check my loft because they reckoned I had mould or something nasty growing up there. She kept pushing that they’d have to come sort it out or there’d be trouble. When I asked how she got my info, she just cut me off straight away.
