I got a call from some bloke with an Indian accent claiming he was ringing from Amazon about a mobile phone supposedly bought on my account worth £495. He said someone in California had placed the order and wanted to check if I wanted to cancel it. Then he tried to get me to say some sort of verification code out loud. When I asked why on earth I needed to say it, he suddenly became quite rude. That’s when I just ended the call!
