I got called by six different numbers, all with a message supposedly from Amazon saying my password was being changed. The automated voice said to press 1 if I wasn’t the one doing it. Every time I tried to end the call, another one would ring straight away with the same message. At times, two calls with identical recordings came through together. Felt like I couldn’t stop the calls or control when they came through on my mobile. After that, I blocked the numbers. I also updated my Amazon password just in case and I'm watching my bank and Amazon accounts closely now.
