Got a text from 0447785013254 saying there was an issue with my debit card and that a new one had been sent out. Don’t really use the card much so a bit suspicious. Planning to call BARCLAYS first thing tomorrow to check what’s going on. The message came through on 11/8 at about 10.25pm.

Got a call saying they were from Santander tryin to check some “recent activity” on my card/account and they gave me a number to call back for more info. I didn’t pick up or ring the number they gave me. That number’s been blowing up my phone over and over lately. Just keep ignoring it and turning my phone off.

Got this dodgy text about an Amazon parcel arriving Saturday, which was odd because the message mentioned an item I’d just added to my basket the evening before. I got a call from this number saying I was going to get a delivery from KOSHER WINES CELLAR the following day. It showed up as if it was from UPS, but when I tried calling the number back from my phone, all I heard was a message telling me I’d run out of credit and needed to top up my account!

I got a text from 64400 saying something about a MoneyGram transfer to someone called Slavi. It said I'd need a ref number 58525283 and some ID to collect it. There was a link to track it too, but I didn’t bother clicking cause I don’t use MoneyGram or anything like that. Feels dodgy, like they want to swipe my bank info. Definitely looks like a scam!

I got a couple of texts from 64400 saying my MONEYGRAM transfer was first on the way, then it had gone through. Only thing is, I’ve never sent any transfer like that. Makes me think they're just trying to get me to call them up or something? Pretty suspicious if you ask me.

I've been gettin loads of texts from this 5 digit code, which i found out is linked to the mobile 07785013254. The stuff they send changes all the time and it’s like everyday now! I keep telling my phone company about it, but nothing stops these messages 😕

Got two texts that said they were from Grosvenor Casinos. The first one said something about my sign-up failing, then the next one told me to vote using a STOP number, which I ignored. This all happened right after I cancelled a DVD order with some gaming company on Amazon. Not sure if the messages are connected to that or just a weird coincidence. Either way, after reading other reviews about this number, I’d say it’s best to be wary of it. Feels a bit dodgy to me.

The location mentioned matches mine, which seemed odd. The link led me to a fake chat claiming to be Currys, saying: Hi [name] 😊 Congrats, you've won an iPhone 11! Part of Currys 2020 Rewards. You're the chosen one! Tap this link for your iPhone 11 [#]currys[###]/2020promo. Although the web address looks like Currys, it redirects to a completely different site. Didn't fancy risking clicking it.

It claimed my case had been passed to their legal team to start court action over a debt of £144.01. The amount seemed strange and the message made no sense to me. When I tried to call or reply, the number turned out to be invalid. Seems like either my phone or the bank’s system might have been compromised.

Received a text saying it was from the DWP about an appointment. I called them straight away and they said they never arranged anything. This happened for the second time now. I looked into it both times and turns out the messages were scams.

I got a message off this number saying there’d been some weird stuff happening on my NatWest debit card. They told me to call a different number if I hadn’t done the transaction. Turns out it’s a total con, they just have you on hold for ages on a pay-per-call line. Avoid it!
