This is a total scam message. The UK government never sends texts from a mobile starting with 07, they always use a short 5-digit number like 60•••. Plus, the link they gave isn’t a proper .gov site at all. I’d seriously recommend not clicking on it or replying to the text. Just block the number and be safe.
