We've just experienced a rather unfortunate situation as well. He claims to offer a 12-month guarantee, but honestly, who even believes that? His crew managed to damage our sofa, and we didn't realise until they'd already scarpered. They didn't even bother to attach the feet properly. Now, he's gone completely silent - won't pick up the phone at all! I'm now looking into his whereabouts since trading standards and Action Fraud are getting involved. What a right palaver!
