Beware, it's a complete scam. I got a recorded voice on the phone saying HMRC had a court case against me and to press 1. If it was legit, they'd have sent me official letters in the post, not call like this. They didn’t even know my full name, postcode or National Insurance number. This was the first time I’ve seen this kind of con from a mobile number, really dodgy.
